Walpole is a non-profit-making organisation that furthers the interests of the British luxury by harnessing and sharing the collective knowledge, experience and resources of the membership.

Formed in 1990 by top tier British companies, including British Airways, Chewton Glen. Coutts & Co, DAKS Simpson, the Financial Times, The Savoy Group and William Grant & Sons, the membership provides a community for the exchange of best practice ideas to drive business development in both UK and export markets.

British Luxury's Brands of Tomorrow Chosen

The 2009 Brands of Tomorrow were announced at the Brands of Tomorrow Launch Reception on 2nd June at Browns Hotel in London. The eight fledgling brands, who represent Britain's best new luxury talent, will be supported and nurtured by Walpole during the 2009/10 programme.

Walpole hosted the first Insight lunch of the year at new member restaurant, Roast with speaker Sir Richard Stagg KCMG CMG who provided guests with an insight into his role as High Commissioner and a view of the current business, economic and political affairs in India.
