In the premium residential sector, Grosvenor in partnership with Native Land, launched their latest prime residential development, 10 Montrose Place, comprising 15 lateral apartments valued between £6 and £12 million each. This summer also saw the launch of 117B Eaton Square, adding to the collection of 45 luxury apartments to rent in Eaton Square.
