Established by Joseph Walker over a hundred years ago in the village of Aberlour in Speyside, Scotland, the Company is still run by the Walker Family, who maintain the tradition of producing the finest shortbread, biscuits, cakes and oatcakes which are all free from artificial flavourings, colourings and additives.
Nowadays, although consumer demand has led to more advanced production methods, Walkers products are still baked in small batches using only the finest natural ingredients in order to preserve their classic flavour and appearance.
Walkers Shortbread is now distributed in over 70 Countries worldwide and it is the only UK Food Manufacturer to have won the Queens Award to Industry for Export Achievement on three occasions.
