Chairmen and Chief Executives' Dinner 2008

On February 5th over 70 special guests and VIP's attended the annual Walpole Member Chairmen and Chief Executives' dinner at Claridge's for an enjoyable evening of networking and speech by Martin Wolf, Associate Editor and Chief Economics Commentator for the Financial Times, on the Economic outlook for 2008 .

Beginning with a delightful reception in Claridge's French Salon and Grand Siecle Champagne supplied by Laurent Perrier, guests were able to get re-acquainted before making their way to the opulent yet intimate Drawing Room where dinner was served. The Chairmen and CEO's from some of Britain’s most established and esteemed Luxury organisations, enjoyed Aberdeen Angus with Burgundy and oxtail Jus before Martin Wolfe,  gave and entertaining and insightful speech into the 2008 global economic outlook.

All guests received the 2008 Walpole Privilege Card, in a stylish Leather Wallet supplied by Ettinger. The privilege card enables members to receive special deals from over 40 member companies.
